Crazylive Coin Enters Asset-Backed Era with Gold Reserve Strategy and Raydium Upgrade

/ Globe PR Wire /

Los Angeles, CA — Crazylive Foundation today announced a strategic upgrade to the Crazylive Coin project, outlining its transition from a meme-driven community token to a utility-focused digital asset supported by real-world reserves and expanded liquidity on the Solana blockchain.

As part of the Foundation’s planned Regulation D fundraising round, 20 percent of the targeted USD 2 million raise will be used to purchase GLD (SPDR Gold Trust) ETF units. These holdings will serve as the initial reserve framework for the token, representing an estimated 1 percent asset-coverage ratio based on current market capitalization. The initiative aims to introduce one of the first gold-referenced Web3 community tokens designed for global Chinese users.

Shift Toward an Asset-Referenced Token Model

Crazylive Foundation stated that Crazylive Coin will evolve into a hybrid structure incorporating reserve backing, improved liquidity, and practical utility within the Crazylive ecosystem.

Gold Reserve (GLD ETF)

  • 20% of the fundraise allocated to GLD
  • Monthly reporting planned
  • Long-term reserve expansion under review

Liquidity Development on Solana / Raydium

A new 100–1000 SOL liquidity pool will be deployed on Raydium to enhance market depth and trading efficiency. The upgrade is expected to strengthen price stability and integrate the token more closely with Solana’s decentralized exchange infrastructure.

Utility Features

Planned uses include course credits, member rewards, tipping functions, tuition discounts, and future non-security governance features. These components are intended to support practical application rather than speculative activity.

Long-Term Development Vision

The Foundation outlined a long-term plan focused on creating a scalable ecosystem serving global Chinese communities across the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and additional markets. The vision includes potential ecosystem growth, reserve expansion, and integration across education, community engagement, and Web3 infrastructure.

“In the AI-driven financial era, stability and transparency matter more than ever,” said Warren Wang, Founder of Crazylive Foundation. “By anchoring Crazylive Coin to gold reserves and expanding liquidity on Raydium, our goal is to build a long-term digital asset designed for the global Chinese community.”

Rationale for Gold Reserves

Gold is widely regarded as a stable store of value. By incorporating GLD ETF holdings, Crazylive Foundation aims to introduce additional transparency and reduce volatility associated with early-stage digital assets. The Foundation plans to provide ongoing reserve disclosures.

Future Reserve Expansion

The Foundation is evaluating additional reserve options, including U.S. Treasury bills, silver ETFs, tokenized treasuries, and ecosystem-based reserve contributions. These elements form the early framework for a multi-asset reserve model.
